Info: Again this year, our friends and supporters at Hunting Ridge Motors (now the biggest volume Lotus dealers in the USA) had organized a drive in Connecticut. It started at the Lotus of Greenwich showroom, 249 Railroad Ave, Greenwich, only a mile or so from CT Interstate 95, Exit 3.
Last year's event was a pleasure and it's sure to be just as good this year. There might even be some newly delivered federal Elises on the run! >RSVP to Mark Starr at markstarr@huntingridgemotors.com or (914) 939-7200 if you will be joining us.
Event Report

Many people who are familiar with the Jersey Shore have played the Games of Chance along the Boardwalk. One particular landmark is Lucky Leo's in Seaside Heights.

The participants of LEO's July Meeting and Drive felt they were at Lucky LEO's. The weather forecast was threatening and worsened as the meet time got closer, but that didn't stop 13 intrepid Lucky LEO members and their friends from scoffing at Mother Nature and having a great time.

After meeting at the STILL unfinished showroom of Lotus of Greenwich (a case study in the building permit biz), we took off on a fine trek masterminded (and that's using the term loosely!) by Hunting Ridge Motorsports' Mark Nyman.. Due to the overcast skies there was no danger from sun glare! The only glitch in the drive was almost losing half our entourage during a loop of downtown New Canaan CT! We eventually all got back on track, and ended up at Putnam Memorial State Park where HRM provided lunch. We had our own little mini-LOG right there in the park!

THANKS To Hunting Ridge who have always been stalwart supporters of LEO.

IF ONLY the Federal Elise had been delivered, it would have been like the roulette wheel at the shore, landing on the big Kewpie doll.
