We got a nice turnout for our LEO Holiday Party hosted by Laura and Jim Cummings on December 9th. As a non-driving event, we got to see the non-Lotus side of several members:
David Nagler proved he could knock out some mean riffs on a guitar.
Jackie Feakins proved she could bake a delicious Lotus cake (complete with twisty road and a 340R negotiating the curves).
We found out how to save money on Home Depot Paint (thanks to Dominick Munofo).
We got to see new Lotus Owner David Teitelbaum (who was looking for a nice Esprit for three years before purchase).
We got to visit with Joe and Grace Saturnia who had been somewhat absent from LEO activities for a while.
We even got a telephone call from Reja Bahk, who had temporarily emigrated to Singapore. (We are sorry the driving opportunities are so poor there!)
We found out that Jim Cummings has the thinnest rear end of anyone over 20 at the party, as we all took turns trying to sit down in his racing go-kart in the garage. Oh the Pain!
