Winter wasn’t quite yet over, but several hardy LEO folks
showed up at the weekly Classic, Hot Rod, and Exotic Car
Gathering at Captree State Park in Long Island on March 15th.
The gloomy overcast was a good thing because it wasn’t too hot, and it didn’t rain on
our parade one bit! All the Loti (mainly Esprits) looked great nestled amongst the Ferraris and Ford
GTs.
After the show started to break up, our LI Leader, Mark Vinelli, took us on a short drive around Robert
Moses State Park, then North to the Bayard Cutting (that’s the man’s name) Arboretum, where we had a
great lunch along the bay.
